"- Two bedrooms are without air and windows (there is one looking at the living room). Very claustrophobic! - Nobody mentioned a deposit of eur1500 which you learn about only at the last moment - when you do check-in (which you cannot finish until you pay and you are already in Paris) - We had a problem with pipes (dripping water) from the apartment above, we complained to the manager but the problem was not solved during our stay and it was unbearable sound all three nights"

"There were few glasses in the kitchen,enough plates but not enough glasses for our group of 7. There were no tablets for dishwasher, it would help to have at least couple till you get to shop and buy. Wifi network could not be found and also impossible to find trash bins by instructions untill someone from the house showed us and the key to get to the trash bin did not work out we had to wait till someone came and opened-"

"Brilliant location for the price and very good value for money. Apartment was modern and clean, bedrooms were comfortable. Two bedrooms don’t have windows to the outside but to the living room so it did get warm throughout the night. Vincennes is a great area with many restaurants in walking distance to the apartment, as well as short walk to the metro which is very well connected to all the best areas in Paris. I’d stay here again."

"The only thing is how warm the bedrooms got at night as the windows didn’t open to the living room. Fine for single sleepers but those sharing a room did get warm. Not too warm though, we still slept comfortably."

"the appartment is at excellent, excellent location, with nice interior, spaciouse living room, two bathrooms, would say easily to welcome 7 people. Supermarket is just a 5 min walk, so is Nation station where you can catch four different metro lines (1, 2, 6 or 9) or even RER train. These metro lines will take you directly to every Paris landmark you wish, so you will not have to buy daily tickets for variouse transports and you will not have to change transports or lines, and after your walk through Paris, same metro lines will bring you directly back to the appartment. Neighbourghood is I would say quite nice, and quite. If you are lucky, just in front of the appartment on friday or saturday you will have a chance to visit beautiful Parisian market with remarkable choice of fresh seafood, meat (meat products), vegetables, fruit…"

"You should be aware and prepare yourself that they will ask you for the money deposit just minutes before you complete your check-in form. Not before. In my case they asked for half of the total accomodation fee. Problem with this is because you dont get any information nowhere that this will be reqired untill you come to an end of check in form. And you cannot complete check-in if you do not pay (founds will be reserved) a money deposit. Two bedrooms dont have windows that can be opened for fresh air, but there is glass “window” facing living room and lets the light in in that way tou your bedroom. Although neighbourhood is quite nice and peaceful, you might be surprised since some days (one-two days in a week) during the night - late afternoon, there are volonteers that serve the coocked meals for the homeless people, so homeless people gather in front of the building where the apartment is. But eventhough in the morning when you get out everything will be cleaned on the street, and eventhough homeless people que for the meal in the night, we didnt felt unsafe not one moment."

"The location is really good, it is near Nation station on the Paris Métro Line 1. It only took around 20 minutes to reach most of the main attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and more. There are a lot of supermarkets nearby, so we can cook in the apartment. I think it is a safe neighbourhood as well. At least the streets were clean, and we felt safe going out or coming back at night or even midnight. The apartment is clean and beautiful, it is very comfy and we had a great time there."

"Just don't open the window at night because there are a lot of mosquitoes. And don't check in too late because the store that keeps the keys close at 9. The staff in the store can't help you so if you have any problem just email the host would be fine."
